How do I use the discount plan?
After signing up for the plan and receiving a membership card, do the following:
- Present your card to your service provider at all time.
- To locate and verify the participating DentalSave or Careington specialists in your area, or schedule an appointment use the find a dentist or search vision providers tool.
- The member should pay the full amount of the discounted fee.
- To contact the customer care team, use these contacts.
Can I cancel my membership?
Verbal cancellations over the phone are allowed. Making a cancellation within the first 30 days will earn you a 100 percent refund minus the nominal processing fee. No questions will be asked.
